I appreciate the information provided in this blog. The Exchange District is a cultural and historical part of Winnipeg. Although development is essential it is imperative that it is done in recognition of the importance of The Exchange District culturally to Winnipeg. I myself have written a number of blogs on what appears to be a disjointed approach to development in Winnipeg. Development is important but not at all costs.
